We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential clients and business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understand client needs and present customized business solutions
Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align business strategies
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
