We are seeking a reliable and experienced Professional Control Room Operator with a strong command of the English language (UK accent preferred) to join our operations team in Pakistan near Gulshan-e-Iqbal for Part-time on Saturdays & Sundays. You will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day control room activities, ensuring smooth coordination of cleaning staff schedules, using industry-standard tools such as Parim, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.

This role requires a proactive individual with excellent attention to detail, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a strong sense of accountability. You’ll be responsible for both internal communications with staff and external liaison with client corporations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage control room systems and communications to ensure uninterrupted operational flow.
  • Efficiently operate and manage workforce planning through Parim software and other control tools.
  • Create and adjust cleaning staff schedules in accordance with site needs and shift changes.
  • Communicate effectively with both corporate clients and internal staff to coordinate services and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date logs, incident reports, staff attendance records, and service delivery documentation.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, calls, and incidents, escalating to supervisors as required.
  • Perform regular checks to ensure all control room systems are fully operational.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new staff and provide training on control room protocols as needed.
  • Stay informed about site-specific requirements and relay information to appropriate team members.
  • Uphold company standards, ensuring compliance with health & safety, GDPR, and operational procedures.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a Control Room Operator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in control room tools and scheduling software, especially Parim.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, technologies, and procedures.
  • Professional and clear communicator with a confident UK-accented phone manner.
  • Ability to work independently during long shifts and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to respond calmly under pressure.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience liaising with both cleaning operatives and corporate clients is highly desirable.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Working Conditions:

  • 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Control Room environment (monitoring screens, phone/radio communications, data entry).
  • Some remote work flexibility may be considered after probation.
