This role requires a strong focus on expanding the company’s client base and increasing revenue through both relationship-building and direct field marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the recruitment sector combined with a solid background in field marketing to effectively identify new opportunities, promote the company's services, and build strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the recruitment sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Regularly meet with key clients to understand their recruitment needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.

Field Marketing & Brand Promotion:

  • Develop and implement field marketing strategies to increase the company’s visibility and attract new clients.
  • Organize and attend industry events, job fairs, and networking sessions to promote the company’s recruitment services.
  • Leverage on-the-ground marketing tactics such as direct mail campaigns, local advertising, and partnerships with local businesses.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to measure the success of field marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the recruitment industry.
  • Prepare reports on market conditions, customer feedback, and sales progress to inform management strategies.

Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Generate leads and set up meetings with potential clients through cold calling, direct outreach, and networking.
  • Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Present the company's recruitment solutions to potential clients in an engaging and professional manner.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless process from client acquisition to candidate placement.
  • Provide regular feedback to marketing and recruitment teams to refine services and improve offerings based on client needs.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and report on sales activities, client engagements, and marketing performance.
  • Set sales targets and work to achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly goals.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the recruitment industry.
  • Strong field marketing background, with experience in organizing and executing local campaigns and events.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales/marketing tools.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Field-based role with frequent client meetings, events, and travel within the designated territory.
  • Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends as needed for client meetings or events.
