We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic customer service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact between our clients and their customers. You will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, resolve queries, and provide exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately
Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow communication scripts and handle customer complaints or escalations
Meet performance targets (KPIs) set by the management
Requirements:
Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor's degree
Strong communication skills in English and Urdu (additional languages are a plus)
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus, but not mandatory
