Primary role of this position is to ensure accurate sales billings, collections and documentation of the sold and unsold properties. Closely work with the marketing team to ensure the smooth execution of sales transactions.Sales Admin / Recovery Executive shall undertake the following job duties:

Ensure the billing function on timely manners in coordination with finance team and execute reconciliation.
Develop and implement collection mechanism and ensure the payment reminders, active liaison with buyers and meet the recovery targets.
Create an active liaison with property owners on delinquent payments to ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.
Ensure the sales related documentation to inline with the Company’s SoP’s and arrange necessary approvals from concern authorities.
Compile various monthly sales, collection reports for Management reporting and presentation

Key Requirements:

Candidate must have degree in Marketing and/or related discipline with minimum 2-3 Years related experience, however experience in real estate and property development would be an added advantage.
Candidate must have good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills with methodical approach to work.
