Digital Pattern Maker

We are seeking an experienced Digital Pattern Maker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate digital patterns for apparel and bags using computer-aided design (CAD) software (Preferably GGT, Rich Piece or any other relevant software). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of garment construction, pattern-making principles, and CAD software.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create digital patterns: Use CAD software (e.g. Preferably GGT, Rich Piece or any other relevant software) to create accurate digital patterns for apparel and bags.

2. Interpret design specifications: Analyze design sketches, technical packages, and other relevant documents to ensure accurate pattern creation.

3. Develop and maintain pattern blocks: Create and update pattern blocks for various garment styles and sizes.

4. Collaborate with design and production teams: Work closely with designers, product developers, and production teams to ensure patterns meet design intent and manufacturing requirements.

5. Conduct fit analysis and adjustments: Analyze fit issues and make necessary adjustments to patterns to ensure optimal fit and quality.

6. Maintain pattern archives and libraries: Organize and update pattern archives and libraries to ensure efficient access and reuse of patterns.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software: Participate in training and stay current with the latest CAD software, pattern-making techniques, and industry developments.
