Lead the Industrial Engineering team and oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of IE functions.
Develop and implement methods to improve production efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Conduct method study, time-motion analysis, capacity analysis, and line balancing.
Establish SMV (Standard Minute Value) for all styles and ensure accurate costing.
Collaborate with production, quality, and planning departments to enhance workflow.
Monitor factory KPIs such as efficiency, manpower utilization, and machine productivity.
Develop skill matrices and operator performance tracking systems.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and 5S principles.
Support new style/product development with feasible layouts and operation breakdowns.
Lead IE support during buyer visits, audits, and production trials.
Prepare departmental reports and present data-driven recommendations to management.
