Merchandising / Product Sourcing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Merchandising & Product Sourcing Executive to lead product hunting, sourcing, vendor management, and category development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying trending and high-potential products, onboarding brands, negotiating with suppliers, and aligning merchandising strategies with marketing and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct product hunting and identify trending, high-demand products in Imaging, Audio, Mobile, and Electronics categories.
Research and source products locally (Pakistan) and internationally (China, UAE, Hong Kong, etc.).
Build and manage supplier/vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, trade terms, and contracts.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to guide sourcing decisions.
Manage product onboarding, cataloging, pricing, and media uploads for the eCommerce platform.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align merchandising strategies with promotional campaigns.
Ensure consistent stock availability and SKU-level inventory planning.
Drive category performance using data analytics and customer insights.
Explore and onboard new brands, product partnerships, and technologies.
Understand order fulfillment workflows and basic COD (Cash on Delivery) processes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2–4 years of experience in product sourcing, merchandising, or product hunting, preferably in an eCommerce, technology, or electronics business.
Proven skills in Product Hunting through platforms like Amazon, Noon, Daraz, Walmart, etc.
Strong supplier negotiation, vendor management, and cost analysis capabilities.
Familiarity with Shopify, Daraz, Amazon, Noon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, etc.
High proficiency in Excel, product cataloging, inventory tools, and English communication.
Passion for technology, gadgets, and global trends is a strong plus.

Job Type

Full-Time (Office-Based – Lahore)

Salary Range

PKR 80,000 – 130,000 (plus performance bonuses based on skills and achievements)
Note: Merchandising Executives in Pakistan typically fall within PKR 70K–130K range.
Candidates with strong product hunting and international sourcing skills may earn up to PKR 150K.
