Senior Odoo Developer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Odoo Developer to join our onsite team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and customizing Odoo ERP modules to meet the dynamic business needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the Odoo framework, third-party integrations, and business process mapping. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (v13 to v18+)
Analyze business and client requirements, mapping them to Odoo functionalities
Integrate third-party applications and APIs with Odoo
Ensure smooth interoperability between Odoo and other internal systems
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues
Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure quality deliverables
Maintain technical documentation for developed modules and customizations
Assist in system upgrades and data migration to newer Odoo versions
Collaborate closely with functional consultants, QA teams, designers, and end-users
Participate in code reviews and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
Stay updated with the latest Odoo features and industry best practices

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development
Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and XML
Deep understanding of the Odoo framework, ORM, and QWeb
Familiarity with frontend technologies (JavaScript, jQuery; Owl is a plus)
Experience with API integrations and third-party application connectivity
Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
Good knowledge of core business processes like Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR & CRM etc.
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
