IT Intern

Deline Media, a US-based Information Technology (IT) company, is currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill an internship position within our IT and Networking department. This internship is leading to a job.

Responsibilities:

Installation of new software.
Deployment of new hardware, including servers, printers, and computer workstations.
Configuration of user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
Assist in configuring and maintaining network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
Oversight of system security, with a focus on internet security, and implementation of antivirus protection.
Troubleshooting network faults.
Conducting routine network maintenance.
Providing technical support to individuals utilizing the network.
Daily administration and monitoring of network usage.
Planning and proposing future improvements, offering IT solutions to address business challenges.
Ensuring adherence to industry standards for all IT operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT and Computer Science.
