Role Description:

We are looking for a full-time Sales Business Development Manager. The BDM will be creating and applying an effective marketing and sales strategy. The Sales business development manager’s primary goal will be to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and building strong relationships with existing and new clients. The candidate needs to have a solid understanding of various software technologies.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in Corporate IT Sales, primarily in the US, UK and Europe
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Proven experience of freelancing platform like fiverr and upwork
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager in the B2B software space
  • Market Knowledge
  • Proven experience in outbound marketing (Cold emailing, calling, etc.)
  • Proven experience in Marketing and Sales
  • BSc in computer science or BBA
  • Proven experience with tools like Google Analytics, CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Mass emailing tools etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and applying an outbound marketing strategy
  • Generate new customer leads in the products/market segments we are targeting
  • Converting the leads into paying customers
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on sustainable financial growth and strong customer relationships
