Customer Services Representative

Delta Tech is seeking a Customer Services Representative to enhance our commitment to exceptional customer support and relationships. The ideal candidate will be the frontline of communication between our company and clients, providing essential assistance, addressing inquiries, and ensuring overall satisfaction. The role requires a strong foundation in communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities. Though experienced candidates are preferred, we also consider fresh talent with excellent English communication skills. As this position does not involve managing a team, the focus will be entirely on delivering outstanding customer service and collaboration within the team to meet the company's objectives.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, making sure to maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
Utilize active listening techniques to better assess and address customer concerns.
Facilitate the resolution of customer problems by investigating the issues and providing accurate information.
Document customer interactions in the company database for reference and follow-up.
Maintain an extensive knowledge of company products and services to accurately inform customers.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer complaints or service issues for continual improvement.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall customer satisfaction and service performance goals.
Follow established procedures and guidelines while delivering customer service to ensure consistency and quality.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance personal and professional skills.
