We are looking for talented individuals to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our customers.
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Spanish-speaking customers.
- Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory—training will be provided.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools are an advantage.
