We are seeking a young and energetic, self-motivated individual to manage our global-level projects. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and results-oriented professional with a passion for delivering successful projects. This role demands a well-rounded individual with a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects of software development.

Lead and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
Track project progress, identify and resolve issues, and manage changes effectively.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices.
Conduct regular project status meetings and report on project progress to management.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Technical Understanding:

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Strong understanding of web cutting-edge technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js)
Strong understanding of different software architecture technologies.
Strong understanding of software development phases: requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment.
Strong understanding of Git (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Understanding of SQA (Software Quality Assurance) for application testing.
Understanding of database design principles.
Understanding of system design concepts.
Understanding of UI/UX principles.
Understanding of app deployment in cloud or on-premise servers.
Understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) principles.
Understanding of Social Media Marketing strategies.
Understanding of email marketing best practices.
