This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative and Appointment Setter. The Telesales Appointment Setter will be responsible for communication with clients, providing customer support, sales, and training activities.

Requirements:

  • Desired background in sales encompassing construction products, ERP systems, B2B solutions, SaaS platforms, IT, and Fintech offerings.
  • Experience in telesales is a must
  • 1-3 years of experience in cold calling, telephone marketing
  • Excellent communication skills through telephone;
  • Skills to handle rejection and penetrating to the next stage of the company
  • English(must)
  • Previous experience with cold calls, telemarketing, and active sales through LinkedIn

What to do:

  • Active lead generation and identify potential clients in the construction industry through cold calling, LinkedIn, and from the provided database;
  • Penetrate the Gatekeepers and access the contact information of the influencers or decision makers;
  • Initial presentation of Company services, and products to the potential Customer;
  • Coordination with the Sales team for meeting appointments;
  • Filling lead information to CRM system;
  • Understanding of core business processes and ability to discuss process improvement;
