1. In charge of all positions and whole process recruitment works.
  2. Fill Positions like BD/debit collector/customer care /reconciliation/Finance accountant with all available free avenues to meet the recruitment target within the set deadline.  Expand and maintain effective recruitment channels.
  3. Take care of all HR personnel works such as staffs onboard, offer letter, Attendance, Leave, Grievance, Exit management etc.
  4.  Office discipline management, update the current HR documents and process the disciplinary actions according to the internal regulations.
  5. Draft Staff Manual and maintain internal Ding Talk HR platform.
  6. Register pension accountant and mandatory affairs for company according to employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years HR recruitment experience, Money lending or finance industry is preferred.
  • Have the sense and be capable of designing variable management tools to streamline the workflow, making work smart and efficiently and can monitor the assigned updates.
  • Can work smartly and diligently without supervision, result oriented.
  • Self-motivated, clear logic. Good at summary work.
