Sales Executive - Outbound

As an expert Outbound Sales Executive at Diagnal3, you will be a key player in our startup's journey to success. You will work independently to identify, engage, and convert new clients, contributing directly to our growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to identify and connect with potential clients.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities through research, networking, and targeted outreach.
Effectively communicate our software development offerings and value proposition to prospective clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our capabilities and solutions.
Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt your sales approach.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in outbound sales, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of software development services or IT solutions is a significant advantage.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a startup environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
