We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok marketing, and overall social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Create and schedule engaging social media content across platforms
Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvements
Collaborate with the content/design team for creative assets
Respond to comments/messages and manage online community engagement
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform algorithms
Requirements:
Proven experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager
Experience with TikTok ads or influencer campaigns is a strong plus
Proficiency in content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
Strong understanding of audience targeting, funnel strategies, and analytics
Excellent communication and time management skills
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, or relevant field (preferred)
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience (freelance or agency)
