We are hiring a skilled Digital Marketer to join our growing team in Okara. If you're passionate about crafting impactful campaigns and driving results, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Marketing:

Develop and manage social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Create and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, posts) to boost audience engagement.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.

2. Google Ads Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, etc.).
Perform keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing.
Monitor and adjust budgets to achieve maximum ROI.

3. Content Strategy:

Collaborate with the content and design team to ensure cohesive campaign messaging.
Assist in creating content calendars and aligning strategies with business goals.

4. Analytics & Reporting:

Track and measure campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Provide insights and suggestions for improving campaign effectiveness.

5. SEO Integration:

Ensure SEO best practices are implemented in digital campaigns.
Assist in optimizing websites for improved organic rankings.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing & Google Ads.

2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).

3. Skills:

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and Google Ads tools.
Experience in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva/Photoshop) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
