We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a retired Colonel or Major from the Signals unit, with a deep understanding of IT and CCTV security systems. The role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in developing business relationships and managing projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the IT and CCTV security industry.
Business Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing clients and new prospects, ensuring sustainable business expansion.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication and successful project delivery to meet client requirements and deadlines.
Strategic Development: Create and implement new strategies to address high-volume client concerns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and meeting budget guidelines.
Project Management: Oversee project planning from start to finish, including estimating resources, managing milestones, and ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Retired Colonel or Major from Signals Unit: Experience and leadership background within military signals or related technical fields.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT systems and CCTV security solutions.
Relationship Building: Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Project Management: Excellent skills in estimating, planning, and executing complex projects with an emphasis on timelines, budgets, and quality control.
Problem Solving: Strong ability to devise innovative solutions to address client challenges and needs.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, internal teams, and senior management.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years in business development or project management in IT and CCTV security.
Military background with a focus on Signals, IT systems, or similar technical expertise.
