Associate Designer

We are seeking a creative and motivated Associate Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As an Associate Designer, you will assist in creating visually engaging graphics for digital and print materials, contributing to the overall aesthetic of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation of graphic designs for a variety of platforms including websites, social media, print materials, and marketing collateral.
Collaborate with senior designers, marketing teams, and other departments to develop creative concepts and visual solutions that align with brand guidelines.
Prepare design assets for digital and print production, ensuring the highest quality standards and consistency across all materials.
Edit and retouch images as needed, optimizing them for various media formats.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and managing priorities.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide fresh design ideas to enhance marketing efforts.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and project specifications.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and mock-ups for client or team reviews.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
0-2 years of professional design experience (internships or freelance experience are welcome).
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
Basic knowledge of web design principles (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus, but not required).
Strong attention to detail and a passion for design aesthetics.
Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and take constructive feedback.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
A portfolio showcasing a range of design work (digital, print, or both).
