Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Post job openings on various platforms and manage incoming applications.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers with selected candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring
