SEO Executive

As the SEO Executive at Digilatics, you will spearhead our search engine optimization initiatives and strategies to enhance our digital presence. With at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, particularly in local SEO, you will take charge of a dedicated team of 7 SEO professionals. Your expertise will not only drive organic traffic but also improve search rankings across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with other marketing departments to align SEO strategies with overall content marketing efforts, ensuring a cohesive approach that maximizes reach and engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead the SEO strategy for the company, focusing on both local and national search engine optimization.
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value terms and phrases relevant to our target market.
Oversee on-page optimization efforts including meta tags, content structure, and internal linking to improve user engagement and ranking.
Develop and execute off-page optimization strategies, including link-building initiatives to increase domain authority.
Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track website performance and generate reports for continuous improvement.
Perform comprehensive SEO audits to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to address them.
Coordinate closely with content marketing teams to develop content strategy that aligns with SEO goals and best practices.
Manage and guide a team of 7 SEO professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning.
Evaluate emerging SEO trends and technologies and incorporate them into our strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Monitor changes in search engine algorithms and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain high visibility in search results.
