IMPERIUM Media is a dynamic and rapidly growing digital media agency that collaborates with leading brands to create engaging and impactful content across social media and digital platforms. We focus on enhancing businesses’ online presence through strategic content creation, influencer marketing, and compelling brand storytelling. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Media Content Creator who is passionate about visual storytelling, branding, and keeping up with the latest digital trends. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative campaigns while working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design visually compelling digital content using Adobe Photoshop and Canva for various platforms including social media, websites, newsletters, and digital campaigns. Maintain brand consistency by thoroughly understanding and preserving each client’s unique brand identity across all produced content. Collaborate closely with the IMPERIUM Media team to brainstorm and execute content ideas that align with campaign goals. Adapt and repurpose existing content into multiple formats such as static posts, stories, and infographics to maximize reach and engagement. Conduct ongoing visual research to stay updated on design trends and competitor activities, ensuring content remains fresh and relevant. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities. A keen eye for design elements including layout, colour, and typography is essential. Ability to interpret and execute creative briefs effectively to meet project objectives. Experience in creating content specifically tailored for digital platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Basic understanding of brand strategy and marketing principles to ensure content aligns with broader business goals. Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple assignments independently. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Skills in motion graphics or video editing using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects are highly desirable. Experience working with influencer or content creator partnerships adds value. Familiarity with social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Later is a plus. Photography skills or knowledge of image sourcing will be considered an advantage.
