We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Project Lead who will build and lead the company from scratch. This is not just a job—it’s a leadership opportunity to set up and run the entire operations of a new-age software company.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Company Setup: Help establish core operational systems, tools, and team structure
- Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage development, design, sales, and support teams
- Client & Project Execution: Take full ownership of client projects from proposal to delivery
- Sales Strategy: Work with leadership to develop strategies to attract clients and generate revenue
- Goal Setting: Define business targets, track KPIs, and report progress
- Process Design: Build SOPs, workflows, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Leadership: Be the central point of decision-making in operations, hiring, quality, and delivery
Who We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in project or operations management (preferably in software or tech)
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC), agile methodologies
- Ability to build teams, manage people, and create structured growth
- Entrepreneurial mindset – self-motivated, accountable, and hands-on
- Strong communication, client handling, and execution skills
