Job Responsibilities: 

  • Go through the tickets in Service Delivery review, then verify if they were appropriately closed as per company requirement and verify if the solution is permanent fix or we require additional measures and then create tickets accordingly.
  • Verify if document of the support ticket was created and it was then how effective that document will be.
  • Based on the work of the engineer identify their skills and recommend training based on that.

Qualifications: 

Bachelors in IT/CS 

Experience: Need at least more than 5 years industry experience in management or support role.

Requirements: 

  • Experienced IT person
  • More experience in Ticket resolution
  • Aware of Company deployment standards
  • Solution awareness
  • Manage and verify engineer work flows
  • Trainer (will be ideal)
  • ITIL Certification and other industry related certification
  • Excellent Communication skills. 
  • Dedicated Individual. 
  • Good Time Management. 
  • Strong Theoretical concepts and basic understanding.
