We are seeking a talented Ad Specialist to manage and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns based on client needs. The ideal candidate will create, track, and analyze campaigns to ensure optimal performance and results.
Responsibilities:
- Setup tranking such as Gooogle Tag Manager, Faebook Pixel, etc.
- Create and manage ad campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads.
- Split Test & Optimize campaigns to meet client goals (leads, conversions, etc.).
- Track performance and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct audience research and implement effective targeting strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Facebook and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Strong communication and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are a plus.
