We are seeking a Social Media Manager to create, oversee and execute social media strategies. The ideal candidate will be experienced in developing engaging content, managing social media channels, and analyzing metrics to optimize performance. As a senior member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading social media initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
  • Lead social media campaigns from concept to execution, including setting goals, defining target audiences, and measuring success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, content, and design, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all social media channels.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy as appropriate.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and changes in social media algorithms to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of social media trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing social media advertising campaigns is a plus.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus.Bonus: Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
