Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to address client inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Handle client interactions with professionalism and empathy, ensuring their needs are met.
- Utilize your sales skills to promote and upsell our products/services, contributing to sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client relationship management and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Adeptness in handling a high volume of calls.
