We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have a knack for content strategy, engagement, and turning brands into online voices, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Plan and manage content calendars in alignment with brand goals
- Write compelling copy, captions, and campaign messaging tailored to each platform
- Oversee the creation of reels, stories, carousels, and static posts with the design team
- Track and analyze content performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics
- Stay up to date with digital trends and competitor activity
- Coordinate with internal departments for promotions, campaigns, and product launches
- Monitor inboxes, DMs, and comments, and interact with followers professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing social media accounts
- Strong command over content writing and brand tone consistency
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, and scheduling tools like Buffer or Later
- Knowledge of basic design tools like Canva (Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus)
- Strong analytical mindset with familiarity in using platform analytics
- Ability to think creatively, adapt to trends, and deliver under deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
On-Site Requirements:
- This is an on-site role based at our office
- Office Hours: 11 AM – 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)
