Digiware Solutions is seeking a skilled Technical Business Development Specialist with a proven track record of securing projects and driving sales through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other online platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT and software development industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to craft winning proposals. This role involves generating leads, acquiring new clients, and building long-term relationships to support our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upwork Bidding: Identify and bid on relevant IT and software development projects on Upwork, crafting tailored proposals that align with client needs to secure new business.
  • Fiverr Proposals: Create and manage Fiverr gigs, respond to client inquiries, and develop customized proposals to win projects and grow our client base.
  • LinkedIn Outreach: Utilize LinkedIn for lead generation, networking, and reaching out to potential clients with well-crafted messages and proposals.
  • Other Channels: Explore and capitalize on other online platforms and channels to identify new business opportunities and secure projects.
  • Proposal Crafting: Develop compelling, customized proposals that meet the specific requirements of each project across all platforms.
  • Client Communication: Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their needs, offer solutions, and negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth project handover and execution, maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Profile Management: Maintain and enhance company profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to effectively showcase Digiware Solutions' expertise and capabilities.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and the latest tools and techniques to continually improve proposal quality and bidding strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven portfolio showcasing successful projects and achievements on Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the IT or software development industry.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to win projects and build long-term client relationships through effective bidding and proposal strategies.
  • Strong understanding of IT and software development concepts and the ability to communicate these effectively to clients.
  • Proficiency in using Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other relevant tools for business development.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
