We are looking for an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented individual to support our counselling team and operations department. This role involves handling reports, client communication, administrative coordination, and relationship-building with schools and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the counselling team with day-to-day administrative and customer service tasks
  • Maintain individual client files and communication logs across all counselling products (UG, PG, MBA, School Abroad, Foundation, CRMAP)
  • Generate and analyze reports; summarize key data and share updates with management
  • Prepare and manage operational and executive reports for internal and external use
  • Assist in coordinating with Dignosco offices and departments nationwide
  • Respond to internal data requests from counselling, marketing, and business development teams
  • Build and manage the counsellor network, and maintain key relationships with schools, colleges, and universities
  • Identify business development opportunities within the academic network

Education & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable local or international university
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, educational, or client-facing role (fresh graduates with strong skills may also apply)

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive
  • Comfortable working with data and reports
  • Energetic team player with a social and collaborative attitude
  • Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (MS Outlook a plus)
