As a Business Development Executive at Dolphin Analytics, you will generate leads on Upwork and ensure smooth project transfers by communicating client requirements to our Data Science team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Online bidding expert on Upwork.
- Bidding Expert & specialized in writing Proposals.
- Preparing estimates and quotations for customers.
- Lead generation that results in sales from.
- Daily communication with clients.
- Maintain a very high rating on Upwork. This is very important for us.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with the clients.
Requirements:
- Strong Negotiation Skills.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Proactive in embracing new challenges.
- Creating targeted leads up to $3k - $10k.
- Must have high energy, a passion for success, be driven to be the best, and be self-motivated.
- Effective team player but must be able to manage particular work independently.
- Proven track record of sales target achievement in different Tech stacks.
Other Details: Experience: 2 Years+ (Freshers with exceptional skills are also encouraged to apply)
