Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a versatile and skilled individual to join our photography studio team! As an all-rounder, you'll excel in in-studio photography, possess strong computer skills, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Take high-quality photos in our studio setting
Operate POS and CRM systems with ease
Assist with customer inquiries, bookings, and sales
Provide top-notch customer service and maintain a positive studio environment
Collaborate with our team to achieve studio goals
Occasionally assist with photo editing using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom (if needed)

Requirements:

Strong photography skills, particularly in-studio
Excellent computer skills, including POS and CRM systems
Confident and friendly demeanor for customer interactions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new situations
Willingness to learn and grow with our studio

Work Schedule:

Full-time position, 9 am-9 pm, 5-6 days a week (including weekends)

Note: While photo editing is not a primary responsibility, the ability to assist with editing tasks is a plus. Our team of editors will handle most editing tasks, but we need someone who can lend a hand when needed.
