We are hiring for a client success manager who will be responsible for communicating with clients, holding weekly meetings, and sending regular updates to ensure clients stay happy and churn stays low.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for client communications and quickly build relationships
Be on Zoom calls with clients
Handle the onboarding process with new clients
Perform check-in calls with existing clients to ensure they are using our systems correctly, and communicate any strategy changes to the team
Respond to all client questions in a timely and concise manner
Problem-solving and managing crises. Be able to keep the temperature low with clients and find a win-win situation for problems
Coach clients through tough situations with our tactics and strategies that we emphasize
Act as a communicator between our internal delivery team and clients to ensure exceptional client service as it relates to industry insights, campaign analysis, best practices, and strategic recommendations
Assist internal teams with the coordination of projects and tasks through internal tools and systems
Send clients bi-weekly/monthly performance reports
Qualifications (Required)
Experience using GoHighLevel required* This role requires a lot of hands-on work inside GHL (funnels, workflows, automations)
Experience using website builders (Wix, GoDaddy, Squarespace, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Organized (You have no problem staying on top of a variety of tasks at once. Your tolerance for “overwhelm” is high)
You are confident and skilled in doing several virtual meetings per day
Qualifications (Preferred)
Experience using project management tools (Clickup or Notion)
You are comfortable speaking and listening to people from all over the world
You are confident in your ability to not only make decisions on the fly, but also give clients advice or push back on their ideas
You are competent and organized with remote work and systems. (Slack, Zoom, G Drive, etc)
You have experience working with professionals/experts in a B2B environment. You are on time, present yourself professionally, and carry yourself with high standards.
You enjoy working in a proactive and detailed way. You like to be ahead of due dates and you don’t like leaving “open loops”)
You want to ask questions, be coached/critiqued, and developed.

We are looking for someone outside the US for this role - You are welcome to apply from any timezone
This will start off as a part-time role from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. EST Monday to Friday (it will eventually transition to full-time, so you must be available 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST)
If everything works out, it will transition into a full-time role in a few months
