Requirements

Strong written English is a must
Confidence to communicate with global clients
Laptop, stable internet, and willingness to be online daily
No degree or experience required. If you are a graduate it's a plus, but not mandatory – we value attitude and grit

What You’ll Do:

Under direct mentorship and training, you'll:
Lead Generation & Prospecting (80% Execution)
Scrape and prospect leads from platforms like Google Maps, Yelp, LinkedIn, Upwork, AngelList, etc.
Research, identify, and contact local businesses from online directories and job boards
Draft personalized proposals, replies, and pitchesDM potential clients on Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, Discord, and more
Analyze bad websites, ads, or SEO practices and turn them into outreach opportunities
Maintain clean data and pipeline reporting via Notion/Google Sheets/CRM.
