We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Executive to manage our online sales platforms and ensure optimal product visibility, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms
- List new products with optimized titles, descriptions, keywords, and images
- Monitor and analyze platform metrics (traffic, conversion, bounce rate, etc.)
- Execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and discount strategies
- Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries efficiently
- Track competitor pricing and promotional strategies
- If you have a knack for sales, love the online world, and have a passion for customer service.
