Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and efficient customer support via calls
- Communicate exclusively in English with customers to ensure consistency and clarity
- Troubleshoot issues, offer solutions and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
- Work a flexible 5-day schedule (minimum 7-8 hours per day)
Requirements:
- English level B2+ (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and patiently
- Stable internet connection and a reliable device
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
