We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, demonstrate professionalism, and have a proven track record in sales. This role will focus on driving the sales of security equipment and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and establish relationships with new and existing clients in the security equipment market.
- Present and demonstrate security equipment features to potential customers effectively.
- Maintain excellent communication and rapport with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports to management regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferable).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, with 3–5 years preferred in a professional setting.
- Age: Not exceeding 30 years.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Other Attributes: Responsible, proactive, and results-oriented.
