This full-time position is responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources and administrative functions within the organization. The role encompasses recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws, alongside overseeing daily administrative operations. The successful candidate will lead HR and administrative teams, contribute to strategic planning, and ensure effective organizational development and employee engagement. This position requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Management:
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and exit procedures. Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization. Address employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary actions promptly and fairly. Manage performance appraisal systems to facilitate timely and constructive feedback. Monitor manpower planning and succession strategies to support organizational growth. Maintain accurate HR records, employee databases, and documentation. Coordinate training and development programs aligned with departmental and organizational needs.

Administrative Operations:
Supervise daily administrative functions such as facility management to ensure a clean, secure, and well-maintained office environment. Manage security, transportation, cafeteria, housekeeping, and front desk services. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures aimed at improving operational efficiency. Oversee vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and administration related to administrative services.

Compliance & Legal Affairs:
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, EOBI, Social Security, and other statutory requirements. Prepare for and manage audits and inspections by government authorities. Work closely with legal advisors on employee-related legal issues to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.

Payroll & Compensation:
Coordinate payroll processing with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely salary payments. Monitor employee benefits, gratuity, provident fund, and leave management systems to maintain compliance and enhance employee satisfaction. Ensure all statutory deductions are processed accurately and on schedule.

Strategy & Leadership:
Assist in developing HR and administrative strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Provide leadership and mentorship to HR and administrative teams, promoting professional growth and collaboration. Foster a positive organizational culture and drive employee engagement initiatives. Participate actively in management meetings and support senior leadership in strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources and administrative management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and payroll processing.

- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks efficiently.
