PKR. 70,000 - 80,000/Month
We are looking for experienced, motivated and committed professionals to apply for the positions of Program Manager.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as project management, computer science, English language, or a related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in program coordination, project management or a related role preferably in the education, nonprofit, or civil society sector.
EXPERIENCE:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Knowledge of educational initiatives, online learning platforms, and community engagement practice is preferred. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management, reporting, and documentation.
- Candidates with experience living and working in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and fluent in the Pushto language are preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experiences with English Works! or Access programs in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- The project manager will be required to work on site on the days of the program.
