Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our growing team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience on our eBay store.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to customer inquiries via eBay, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve product, shipping, and transaction issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Process orders and track shipments, updating customers on delivery status.
Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges in compliance with eBay policies.
Monitor eBay feedback and address any negative feedback to maintain a high seller rating.
Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and accurate product listings.
Stay updated on eBay’s policies and ensure all communications comply with platform standards.

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service, ideally in an e-commerce or drop shipping environment.
Familiarity with eBay’s platform and policies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Basic knowledge of order processing, shipping, and inventory management.
Must have decent writing and spoken English skill.
