Accounts / Procurement Executive

You will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Preference will be given to candidates with a hospitality background and experience in hospitality accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

AR/AP Management: Tracking outstanding payments, following up with clients/vendors, and maintaining aging reports.
Collection Management: Collecting and reconciling cash from various points of sale and front office locations, and making daily deposits into the company bank account.
Petty Cash Management: Maintaining accurate records and handling petty cash transactions according to predefined procedures.
Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory records and performing stocktaking for costing purposes as per company policy.
Collaboration: Working closely with the head office finance team to ensure alignment of overall accounting and efficient reporting.
Accurately recording of all financial transactions into accounting software on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Bachelor /Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance, or higher
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Hospitality Accounting Software
Strong understanding of financial reporting
