Key Responsibilities:
- Develop CRM solutions tailored to the company’s needs.
- Generate actionable reports from customer data to support management decisions.
- Document processes, code changes, workflows, and system updates.
- Integrate CRM platforms with other business applications for seamless operations.
- Maintain and manage customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Design and implement workflows to automate business processes.
- Oversee system updates and upgrades, ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct user training sessions to enhance proficiency with CRM tools.
- Provide technical support to resolve user issues.
- Develop customizations or add-ons to extend CRM functionalities as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:1–2 years of relevant experience in CRM development or a similar role.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and integration techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and adopt a proactive approach to challenges.
