We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Photoshop Specialist / Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in using Adobe Photoshop to create visually stunning designs, enhance images, and work across multiple projects. This role requires someone with both technical expertise and artistic creativity, with the ability to transform concepts into high-quality visual assets.

Responsibilities:

Utilize Adobe Photoshop to create and edit graphics, banners, social media posts, website assets, and other marketing materials.
Retouch, manipulate and enhance images for both digital and print media.
Develop and apply advanced photo editing techniques to improve image quality and achieve desired results.
Collaborate with other designers, marketing teams, and content creators to ensure design consistency across all platforms.
Prepare high-quality images for web and print, ensuring they meet technical and aesthetic standards.
Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and technologies.
Work on multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate new design ideas.
Provide guidance and expertise on design-related queries within the team.

Skills & Qualifications:

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (advanced skills in photo manipulation, retouching, and compositing).
Strong understanding of graphic design principles, color theory, and typography.
Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite tools (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is a plus.
Knowledge of design trends, digital photography, and image optimization for web and print.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and creativity in solving design challenges.
Excellent communication skills and ability to take direction and feedback.
A portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Photoshop and past work is required.
