Responsibilities:

Develop design concepts and sketches based on current fashion trends, client needs, or personal creative vision.
Select fabrics, colors, patterns, and textures for each design.
Create prototypes and samples of designs using patterns and sewing techniques
Stay updated with fashion trends, industry developments, and competitive brands.
Analyze consumer preferences and feedback to guide design decisions.
Work with pattern makers, seamstresses, and other production staff to bring designs to life.
Meet with clients to discuss their fashion needs and preferences.
Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure designs are produced according to specifications.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a brand's identity and style.
