Ed-Watch is looking for a Training & Operation Assistant on an immediate basis, must be highly motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with trainers to ensure content readiness and update materials to meet industry standards.
Maintain and oversee data on the Learning Management System (LMS).
Manage internal databases, contracts, and essential records.
Provide guidance and technical support to employees, trainers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and accessible to users. Coordinate with content creators to implement updates or corrections.
Plan and organize online and in-person events, webinars, and training sessions, including logistics and technical setup.
Ensure quality standards and compliance with regulatory guidelines for training programs.
Gather feedback to identify client training needs and analyze data to measure ROI.
Propose workflow improvements to streamline operations.
Research the latest training trends and recommend innovative tools to enhance learning experiences.
Monitor training sessions and collect participant feedback for continuous improvement.
Support promotional activities and manage website updates related to training programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI) is a plus.
