Legal Administrator

We are seeking a reliable and professional Legal Administrator to provide legal and administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day court-related tasks and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

1. Prepares legal documents, including summonses, complaints, and subpoenas.

2. Serves attorneys by developing and monitoring cases and documentation.

3. Assigns paralegals and assistants to staff attorneys and cases.

4. Gathers case evidence and documentation by preparing files and inputting information from records, statements, and other documentation.

5. Files records and logs incoming mail.

6. Enhances attorneys’ effectiveness by monitoring case progress.

7. Maintains contact with clients and opposing counsel.

8. Contributes information to the legal team during case reviews.

9. Concludes cases by verifying outstanding balances and preparing settlement documentation.
