Job Responsibilities:

  • Contacting current & prospective customers to sell and explain services and identifying the products/ services that best meet the customer needs
  • Following up with customers to close the sale, answer questions, and explain the importance of verification and trust.
  • Responsible for speaking with prospects in the defined pipeline via calls and emails.
  • Identifying the customer needs on call, seizing the opportunity to upsell products.
  • Leveraging data and resources to identify sales opportunities for business growth.
  • Manage outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Prospecting and cold calling to qualify new sales leads.
  • Meeting daily sales targets.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction with our services.
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints.
  • Maintaining a contact list and following up with customers to improve retention.
  • Customer Service Executive in the IT industry.
