Job Responsibilities:
- Contacting current & prospective customers to sell and explain services and identifying the products/ services that best meet the customer needs
- Following up with customers to close the sale, answer questions, and explain the importance of verification and trust.
- Responsible for speaking with prospects in the defined pipeline via calls and emails.
- Identifying the customer needs on call, seizing the opportunity to upsell products.
- Leveraging data and resources to identify sales opportunities for business growth.
- Manage outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Prospecting and cold calling to qualify new sales leads.
- Meeting daily sales targets.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with our services.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints.
- Maintaining a contact list and following up with customers to improve retention.
- Customer Service Executive in the IT industry.
- Specializes in selling digital services.
- Skilled in problem-solving and customer support.
- Builds strong client relationships.
- Focused on customer satisfaction and business growth.
- SalaryPackage: 25k to 100k (Punctuality and Commission included)
- Matric to Intermediate, Age Limit: 18 to 25.
