Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to promote products and services.
- Handle inbound chats and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Manage and nurture leads to convert them into potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to support business growth.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills with a business mindset.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce, software houses, or agency operations.
- Confidence, strategic thinking, and a proactive attitude.
